Yanni Georghiades

Yanni Georghiades is a co-founder of Quai Network and the lead author of the BlockReduce technical paper. He holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, where he is also completing his PhD.

Yanni's doctoral dissertation focuses on BlockReduce and related problems in blockchain research. His studies span machine learning, optimization, computer software and hardware security, game theory, cryptography, and distributed computing. He has also worked as a software engineer, bringing practical implementation experience to his research on scalable blockchain architectures.
