Jonathan Downing

Jonathan Downing is a co-founder of Quai Network. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, where he worked as a research assistant on the BlockReduce protocol.

Jonathan was an early adopter of smart contract platforms including Ethereum and has several years of experience working across cryptocurrency projects. He brings deep technical knowledge of blockchain infrastructure and protocol development to Quai, having been involved in the project's core engineering since its earliest days. Jonathan is an avid DeFi investor and believes decentralized financial systems will replace traditional finance in the coming decade.
